Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions
A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay will be due 14 days after the room is confirmed by the Hotel. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable 30 days in advance of the event, (February 1, 2017). Cancellation request received on February 1, 2017 or later will not be eligible to receive a refund, the registrant will be liable for the deposit. Substitution can be made until February 1, 2017. After that date, substitutions will not be accepted.
